Central Pa. residence improvement business expands into Alabama

A midstate home advancement business is growing to Alabama.

West Shore Household has acquired Alabama-based mostly bath remodeler, C&C Enterprises, which operated as New Bath Alabama. The transaction took spot on Monday. West Shore now has actual physical locations in Huntsville, Birmingham and Montgomery.

The acquisition of the Alabama corporation is the fifth acquisition for West Shore Household considering that 2018. Those acquisitions have expanded West Shore Dwelling into Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Texas.

In July, West Shore House expanded into Virginia in July when it obtained Benefit Dwelling Items Inc., a bathroom transforming corporation based in Hampton, Virginia. In November 2019, West Shore Dwelling acquired Florida-dependent Fairbanks Building, a window and bath corporation. West Shore House obtained Kentucky-primarily based America’s Window LLC, a window, bathtub and siding enterprise in the summer season of 2019. In November 2018, the firm expanded into North Carolina, South Carolina and Ga when it obtained Brytons Household Improvement, a shower and tub remodeling business, dependent in North Carolina.

West Shore residence now has 20 operational locations like areas in Reduced Allen Township and Pittsburgh.

And a new headquarters in the midstate is on the way for West Shore Household. Past calendar year, West Shore Home ordered a 55,000-square-foot assets at 3 Crossgates Drive in Hampden Township to substitute its headquarters on Simpson Ferry Street in Reduced Allen Township. Renovations are expected to be done on the new headquarters upcoming thirty day period.
