Educators are turning yoga into a vehicle for school and community change


Following a tumultuous several many years educating throughout a pandemic, some educators are embarking on a distinctive technique to social and psychological discovering (SEL) coaching this summer season: They’re pursuing a digital wellness, SEL, and yoga coaching system.

Graduates of Breathe For Change’s 200-hour application will be certified to instruct inclusive yoga courses to both equally older people and youthful individuals and guide SEL and wellness ordeals in their schools, districts, and organizations.
